Based in Rockingham, the role offers the chance to successfully tender for a diverse range of work, as well as the opportunity to contribute to the expected growth of the Business and reap the rewards.
This great position offers an opportunity to play an integral part in exciting projects from inception to completion and the chance to work autonomously and show your skills by managing the tender process. (traditional, negotiated, D&C).
The company is focused on maintaining a strong, effective Estimating department. We are aware of the difficulty of attracting and retaining the highest calibre staff and will structure an excellent remuneration package to secure the right individual.
The RoleWith previous experience within the commercial industry and relevant tertiary qualification you will be estimating Ceiling and Wall systems, preparing sub-contracts for tender, budget estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and checking prices. Having a mathematical intellect and strong work ethic you will negotiate tender price with consultants/clients and compile tenders to meet deadlines.

Commercial Supervisor
The opportunity exists in our company for an experienced and committed individual to join our growing business in the multi residential / commercial sector.
To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in commercial supervision, with good knowledge of commercial ceiling and wall systems, metal stip & computer literacy would be beneficial but not essential, be a good team player, multi-task & have the willingness to learn and progress.
